There’s many intuitive actions on smartphones that you can use to control Dolphin. In case you need a refresh on what those are, here is a quick explanation:
-
Tap: Touch the screen briefly with a finger. This is how you select stuff, and is the equivalent of clicking on a computer.
-
Swipe: Touch the screen with a finger and move it across the screen without lifting it. Swiping is used for scrolling, and some key Dolphin features like accessing sidebars and using the Dolphin key.
-
Tap and hold: Tap the screen, and hold it without lifting your finger. Tapping and holding stuff will often trigger a pop-up menu for additional options.
-
Drag: While you tap and hold something on the screen, you can drag it around by swiping. This is used mostly for organizing your browser, just the way you want it.
-
Pinch: Pinch with your thumb and index finger on the screen to zoom in or out.
